Sigma Nu’s Nu Chapter at the University of Kansas created renovation plans focused on improving the living and academic facilities of the Chapter House. Through a successful capital campaign, funds were raised for the following efforts:

Upgraded life-safety features including hard-wired smoke detectors and fire-rated, self-closing interior doors

Upgraded electrical and communication wiring

Remodeled kitchen

New desks and closets

Improved circulation paths throughout house

Renovated public restrooms

Created upperclassmen suites with private bathrooms and separate bedrooms

Dedicated academic spaces

Relocated chapter room

Remodeled sleeping rooms
